Yeah that stretch of highway is beautiful. I'm further south than that though. I was thinking you took 395 north to Reno from say San Diego or the LA area.

Hi, Greg. Lots of people who are not fond of fish find swai a good fish to eat. Very mild and picks up the flavor of whatever you use as garnish.
