The stupid part was ever thinking this stunt up. Of course, I won't talk about the time I was about 8 and hit a .22 shell with a garden hoe while in my folks garage. At least I was too young to ask my brother to hold my beer.

 

We used to tape marbles to shotgun shells and throw them in the air an run. 1/2 the time they would go off.

Sometimes you have to spell it out in terms a child can understand. Speaking of stupid stunts with .22 shells hold it in a pare of pliers and hit it with a ball pean, ball end. It was one of those holy **** it works moments.
