Sorry about that mama picked up a New York strip for me I thought was a small brisket at first glance , had to be just shy of 2" thick .

I'm here, but lots of back reading was needed!

Plus I'm online shopping for trucks, and checking the price of my local dealer. And watching TV. Whew, this multitasking is a lot of work!
