4 lbs. of pork- I like it like a stew, Garlic, a little flour, chicken stock, diced tomatoes, about 20 hot Hatch Chilis roasted, some medium chilis, a little cumin, salt and pepper. Pretty simple really.

I have been to Wichita for a Big Dog rally. There was one stretch of road we took that had a lot of rolling green hills and cattle pretty cool. As for Wichita itself, I didn't care for it seemed the town shut down by 11:00 and we had to do our partying at our hotel. It was a nice room before we got there kind of a condo type deal with a full kitchen and living room and a bedroom upstairs. After one night I had to stand the sofa on end(no ladder) so I could repair the ceiling fan, pull a butcher knife out of the floor, and get Tommy out of the wall bed he was trapped in and screaming. It's seems Tommy was sleeping on the bed that folds down out of the wall and someone decided to fold the bed back into the wall while poor Tommy was still in it. As the story goes Tommy was up late watching a free **** channel and somebody couldn't sleep. So they folded him into the wall and turned of the T.V.
