Sorry to hear that. One of the hardest things that I have ever had to do was hand over our 2 year old Grandson (we raised him) to the surgeons. How do you explain to them what has to happen. They are sooooo frightened!

I feel like I've stumbled down the rabbit hole...glad the Font of Wisdom spring forth from this subterranean haven.

I have much to learn but limited capacity with which to do so.

I feel like I've found home.

Best to the folks with ailing young'uns. Few things in life worse than seeing a child with health problems. Fortunately, it sounds like the support of this crew will keep them moving forward.

Customer service is what would keep me coming back. I know they have to make a profit, but what happens after the deal is what really matters IMHO.
