OK, group, caught in a bit of a dilemma. My 80 year old father in law has decided he no longer feels confident on his bike and wants to sell it. Couple of my wife's relatives, read grandsons, have told him it is a 5k bike. My wife grew up on the back of this bike and wants it. Sentiment aside, what do you think it's worth? Totally stock, pristine condition, 29k miles Electra Glide. Attached photo of our son at age 4 next to it, he is 36 now.

Well it depends on the status of his tranny. I hear those things are chit and the engineers have their heads so far up their butts they lick their stomachs.

 

Yep! I know nothing about values of older bikes. But it would be darn cool for you to have that thing.

 

FML! I just got off the phone with Chris. Dyno is brooken and im on the waiting list. Maybe 3 weeks.

Spoke with Bob. Got too many bad reports about his dyno tunes. Chris has done a bunch of 124's and likes the PV tuner. Hayward is 4 hours away and Chris is 2.
