Unfortunately he likely won't last long in the league. Rumors around here is that he doesn't work out much and eats like crap. Not a good formula for a RB.

Good to hear. That sounded like a good move when you made it. On a similar note our little company was bought by a much larger one 1.5 years ago. With no decent prints that existed, our product was all reverse engineered to produce good documentation. As we are small time we got the new guys out of school and some "short-cuts" were attempted, even on a simple, straightforward effort, resulting in print errors. Got the boys on the floor mighty riled up...........Well, we made it through but there were lessons learned by the newbies.
