Once you set the free play at the clutch you need to set it for a min of .70 throw or the clutch might drag. Bandits rules. I imagine with 120% more surface area and only 18oz of 80wt gear oil if not set correctly it might drag.

Hhhmmm yes you could be right on the dragging. I've just never used a dial indicator to set the throw. I have one, might as well screw with it although I'm not sure what the measurement would be. Probably hold off till I replace the clutch cable.

Do you have a Bandit clutch?
