Okay, but when a house is appraised for so much, the lender would want to make sure the house is actually worth said value, hence why an inspection. If there are many problems (foundation, roof, mold, etc) the value of the house would be less. There would be no way the lender would give you $500,000 for a house that is only worth $150,000. It would be the lenders best advantage to cover their investment.

I suppose the appraisal takes all of that into consideration?

We have all been caught by this. Somewhere, somehow, between the moment when I have copied the URL and the time I have posted said URL, a copyright, watermark, etc. has apparently grown into being on said picture. Sometimes I wonder whether the copyright was there or if the Baron just didn't like the pic.
Doesn't really matter in the scheme of things unless the pic was particularly pertinent.

Dirty girls are hot

Ok, I broke down and bought white knitted gloves for under my leather gloves. Riding in +4C is a wee bit chilly. Also have long johns on lol.

I don't mind dirty. She just doesn't do it for me.
The girl above that looks like she just walked out of the mud pit behind her on the other hand......
