My F-I-L has diverticulitis. At almost 90, his next bout may be his last.
I've lost almost 25 lbs since May just by not eating as much stupid food and cutting down portions. Down to about 180, within 10 of my high school days.

We'll see how it goes. But I did discover why I didn't like the sound they made. The previous owner had cut the cheese grater baffles in half.
