As you guys have heard me and Northwood talk about, I'm right with ya, Ken. 7 1/2 years for me. I don't have a problem with those that can. I just don't understand it.

Anyone else have thread links at the bottom of their page? Just above the tags.

Been busy. Had a tooth pulled today. Just installed the quiet baffles in my Big Shots Long. Not sure I like them.

not to mention the 5 days of intravenous penicillin. Don't need that back in my life soon.

Not back to where I was but within 15 lbs.
Been drinking more, eating chips (see favorite chips thread) and generally doing nuthin.

Time to get back at er, tomorrow.

The Inspirational Thread of Know.

It took me almost 2 yrs to lose 40 lbs... I went 262 at my peak.... I struggle with some BS but my troubles are a drop in the bucket to some.

The Chappy Sam thread was a real wake up call to me and inspiration to me any many others. His fight with cancer hit so close to home when my aunt and uncle passed away within 30 days of each other. They both fought that demon and it is a terrible thing to deal with.

LoneboneWood - congrats on the weight loss. I eat around 100 grams of carbs per day. Been that way for over a year and I feel great about. It's not a diet, it's a lifestyle. It allows me to eat and be full.

Wouldwood - congrats to you also. Got a buddy fighting some demons now. He's got younger kids, so he really needs to get his chit together. Just not sure he's gonna anytime soon.

My F-I-L has diverticulitis. At almost 90, his next bout may be his last.
I've lost about 25 lbs since May. Just not eating as much stupid food and cutting down portions with a little exercise thrown in for good measure. Down to 180, within 10 of high school weight.
