We're back home and still mopping up. Since the original fire there have been six more in the area but nothing closer than 10 miles to my house.
Just got hit with the big C so I'm headed to the operating table on Monday.. Can't seem to catch a break. This is the 2nd time in 6 years I've had cancer and I'm only 52 so that in itself is a rarity.
Some friends are coming over for a ride to Yosemite on Friday, plan on a weekend in the wind drinking, laughing and trying to put the thoughts of Monday's operation in the back of my mind. It's good to have people that love ya
Y'all have a great weekend, I know I will. Gotta get some work done prior to being gone for so long.
