Yuup.. friend of mine is going to do it... he got sent up north this weekend but might be back next.. he spent most of his life welding...

Had my right shoulder scoped and had a few staples put in. Did end up taking longer than I thought to get back to 100%. I'd say after a month though the arm was pretty usable, just had to be careful what I did with it.
