Left outta here yesterday morning early. Went up into Oklahoma, then turned West and rode to Amarillo. Hooked up with a friend, went and rode thru Palo Duro Canyon, ate at Dyers BBQ, had some of the best smoked German Jalapeno Sausage I've ever stuck a fork into. Drank waaayyy too much Crown last night, had a hell of a time, and rode 350 miles today with a hangover...
All in all a pretty sweet weekend....

Well, at least you had a full weekend too...
I learned 2 things on this trip. Even though I've been riding over 30 yrs, I've never owned a FF helmet. They are NOT a good helmet in Texas in the summertime. Winter it should be great though....
A FF helmet DOES ease the hangover throbbing a bit by muffling the sound a wee bit more....

Knee surgeries suck the big one. I had 8 or 9 (honestly not sure) procedures and the last was a total knee replacement on the right at 45 years old. Hurt worse than ever and now I think I've about worn it out.
This getting old **** is not for wussies.

I wunder if they would let me disappoint all for of dem at the same time.
I'm having a hard time figuring out which one of you has your priorities screwed up.
