I've worked in temps that high, but we start early and quit early. I have a light tower too so we can work at night or in the pre dawn when it's cooler. 3 cylinder diesel engine and the thing will light up an entire jobsite, so we can even pour concrete.
119.8 at 7:15 in the evening. Now my ***** are really schweddy.
Used to run mixer trucks and our first load out was usually around 4 am. Dun by 11-12:00 with the big continuous pours going on overnight. The mud would set up way to fast if we tried to do anything after mid-day.
Christ I can imagine. 116° ???

Yea it was crazy ! We lived there from 1988 -1991. I use to laugh when we drained the pool at Cow Creek when the temp went below 100* too cold to swim !
