What happened to yer roof there, bud? Dang termites come an chew big chunks out of it? I heard one ol' feller down ArKansas way tell me story onest about some dang beavers climbing poles and doin' such things as that. Maybe ya'll got some transplanted Arkansas beavers, or sumtin'.

Old rotten wood. No termites there. I did have the house tented last year though. I wanted a bigger porch.

 

The moisture is starting to gather up SW of us, where it almost always comes from, looking for boomers around 3 or so according to me. I can guess as well as anyone. 79* and 76% humidity right now

 

Bigger porches are good! I'll be transforming our screen porch into a 3-season room this fall. Tired of the snow and pollen blowing in all the time.

Boomin' across the river. Happens here a lot. Storms pick up lots of moisture from the Mississippi and then blast Illinois, after not doing much on this side. That's all fine with me.
