My findings have always been that unless you are low on the ladder, any w#rk that you miss always has to be made up by you. Mental health days do have their benefits, regardless.
Sick days are not to be used when sick, or when you crash a Harley. Sick days are to used when the sun is shining, the fish are biting, or when the shine is cookin!!
When I was a lowly warehouse worker, all of my sick days were for either fishing or golfing.

38* this morning and never made it to 60*. Cut the lawn again today. All that rain sure had it popping. It looks great right now, but we'll see how it looks in August.
