103* yesterday and posibly 107* today. Left the AC on in my office all night but I wont be in there much. We will be back into the 70's by monday though.

Took cardiac stress test this am, was able to get heart rate up.
I must have passed cause cute nurse gave me a cuppa coffee said put you shirt on please your making us sick, we'll call you in a week and there's the door to the elevators; have a nice day.
so I'm good for another 5000 miles till synthetic.
