He is on the udder side of the Burgh from me... we are bout 50 mile from each other... I am west he is east of the burgh

Just plain got to beware of them period. One of their workers indicated he didin't want to go into the crawl too replace the bottom end of a drain pipe but rather wants to stop the repair just above the 1st floor. That would require us to re-open the wall for any future repair to the elbow or whatnot just below. He just might get sent packin' today. GRRRR. SugarLips is already irritated so he better not think he's gonna get off easy....
