He has a fuel leak. I suggested a bic to help find it.....He didn't like that idea??? I don't know why???

near as I can figure the fuel pressure regulator is leaking fuel.......I'm hoping it's the 30 year old hoses....should be a quick fix...but it will be a good hour before I get to it...........it sit's behind the throttle bodies an the air filter canister.......I need to get in from the air filter side.......I think the tank stays on....not sure yet.
