Checkin' in....

For the record: I don't think I have the patience at 64 to color eggs with a 4 y/o kid who knows everything!!!
Example:

Marco, don't pick up that bowl with the red color in it, you're gonna spill it.
Papa, I could do it, I know how
Marco, just leave it alone
Papa, I won't spill it, I could do it

Turn my back for 30 seconds and see a big red puddle on the floor and find the kid hiding under the table! aaaaarrrrgggghhhhh!

Send him outside with the eggs and a spray bomb.

You and Moldy could get together and
write a book. Are you smarter than a 4
year old Grandson?

I never got myself into that situation. I always made sure there someone who really was responsible around, seeing as I sure wasn't. No grandkids close around, so I have no idea how that would work out now. Glad it's you and not me!

Suuuppp peeps, Happy Good Friday.

OSHA want's to stop interior attacks on burning structures to make the fire service safer. Just use smooth bore nozzles and when the fire is out THEN go in and get the hot spots.

Read it on the internet SO it has to be true: supposed to save on heart attacks, falling, burns and other injuries in the fire service. SO every structure is going to be a surround and drown with no attempt to save structure.
It's on the net so it true.

How youse guys doing today????
the ones that wrench. Ya know the real McCoy's,

Rode my bike over to pick up the Catholic fish fry. TourPaks are great for stuff like this.
The blue hairs were looking at me like I was nutz.

There was older fellow there with a 1964 Plymouth Valiant convertible. All original and simply beautiful. 170 slant 6 auto with AC. I have been seeing it around town and it was once to talk to the gentleman.

I am a semi-McCoy, Crescent-style!

Our local fire departments are known for their foundation saving.

But, Festus just passed a tax increase to have 2 firefighters on duty at all times. That way they can get 2 trucks to a fire lickety-split. Of course, while they are waiting for the cavalry to arrive the house will probably burn down. Actually, that makes me happy, since they have a reciprocation agreement with my rural volunteer department, and Festus can get here much faster than mine can. Just as long as they remember to bring a tanker or two with them!

It's very, very complicated....P-Burg (paid) has only two to an engine no mutual aide with Vollys.... so they get the pump going and both rush in.....while the other two FFs from another station rush to get there and help. werry, werry, high intelligent stuff going on here.
God forbid we hike the taxes to cover FIRE or PD
