Well I survived anudder nuke stress test. Haven't had one in 4 years and the Doc wasn't happy bout dat so I let try to kill me one more time. I walk quite a bit so at least I was in the entrance to da ballpark but the winter weight I put on when I sat on my *** all winter int the 2 months of sub zero knocked a minute off my best time...gotta get on the mountain bike and try to get it back...took a nap when I got home had plans to get lucky but was out when my head hit the pillow. Sugarlips has all my painting laid out fer me to do on the trim in da basement...too damn cold out to escape on the Hardly Dangerous.

I usually walk the course too........I had 2 of 'em........kinda good feeling when they tell ya it's a panic thing and not your heart......(in my case)
