Mine got me started at a young age, but he wasn't really good at it. By the time I got outta the army, taught him some things.

Yup. Dont like talkin regrets but would like to have those conversations bout mechanic stuff now. He got me a full size oxy/acc set for my 16th birthday.

You may be right...I don't remember anymore. I know I got in country the 1st week of January of 67 and left country ?? end of August..1st part of Sept 68. Pretty much lost track of most everything by the time I left. I can't even remember a lotta stuff that went on those last few months. I know I've had different guys come up to me at reunions and tell me things that I have absolutely no memory of....But there's other stuff that's as clear as if it was yesterday.
