Not with a CDL. Not a bad get away and only about 40 minutes from home.

It was a dam good time! About the best time to visit here! Irish green hills and vineyards starting to sprout. No fog. Summer is a crap shoot for fog on the coast. October is good as well.

Another nothing much accomplished day. Daughter called and asked me to come get her at work, took her to the doc; felt wobbly and her left arm was kind numb and tingly, had her worried. Buncha tests later, Doc said probably carpal tunnel. She was pissed, doesn't think so (if it's gone tomorrow, guess she'll be right about that), says it ain't sore, but at least they didn't find anything nasty. She was getting better by the time I got her home. Time put us into rush hour traffic, hate that stuff. Today was the easy one, gotta take her to work tomorrow (left her car there), over 20 miles in morning rush hour and it's supposed to snow tonight thru the morning. Argh. Things we do for family. Doesn't look like I'll get the rooms moved around like I wanted before she moves in, have to just work around her till it gets done whenever. Don't think the next month or two is gonna be much fun.
