Wot a bootiful day, cloudy, around 60*, purfect for outdoor stuf, like cuttin up the rest of the last tree trunk... but the danged shoulder is starting to feel like it did a couple years ago when I lost about 2 months of riding time.
Neighbor is werking that borrowed log splitter this morning, man that wood piles up when ya split it in 4 pieces. Glad I don't have to get rid of it now. 'Cept for the smaller branches, gotta be feeding a chipper some hours to get rid of those piles.
Grandson wanted spaghetti for brunch (milk turned, no pancakes this morning), why not, whatever he'll eat, which ain't much. Ate a buncha that spaghetti, though, I musta got the sauce to his liking. I left out the chili peppers this time...
Wus talking with the neighbor's lawn guy this morning, he's 74. I thought he wus younger'n me. Lotta 54 year olds wuddn't be able to keep up with him. Another guy that had to find anudder source of income in his later years, started a one man lawn care bidness, werks his butt off. Guess it's keeping him healthy. In spite of the aches & pains, all this yard werk probably ain't hurting me.
I did 80 in a hard rain once, got to experience a Honda going sideways at 80, thought I was gonna die. Straightened out just fine, though. Guy on a smaller bike was drafting behind me, said he thought he was gonna t-bone me, couldn't believe I didn't highside, said I actually was completely sideways. I never ever push it hard in rain anymore.

Hey Doc.....been cleanin' out the old grudge, not the garoffice, since tomorrow is garbage day. Don't know where all this crap came from. And I only did one side. I think I have too much stuff!
I've always said that if you have too much stuff..you'll always have enough! But this is ridiculous! I have the 2 car Garoffice, half is taken up with desks , computer and cabinet and bike. The other half is now summer home for the new Z. Then I have original 2 car garage, that has everyday cars and buncha tools and stuff. Then I rent the two car garage next door that I used to keep the two Z's in that I had and summer stuff in the winter. Then, I have a 10 x 15 storage unit with bigger tools and Datsun stuff ...who needs 3 Datsun dashboards, 3 or 4 sets of rims and tires, 3 sets of seats and a bunch misc. Datsun stuff. Gonna get rid of a lotta stuff...like engine hoists , engine stands, bead blast cabinet, metal band saw...don't EVER plan on buildin' any more cars.
Hay doc , I likes that Theory .
