had a good coupla weeks at werk......dunno whats in store for the weeks leading up to the weekend ride.........just hope I'm not too wore out from it all.........gave up the smokes today...........won't be till mid july 'for I notice anything health wise........food tastes the same.

finally got the cycle shell......dint take long to put it to a severe weathe test...no problems so far........ol is given me static about the July trip.....jeeesh.
