hey guys. Just got back from a BBQ. Worked on painting the basement steps. I'll finish them tomorrow and the basement will be about done. It'll be a good place to stay cool if the air goes out. Now all I have to do is save up for the pool table. Need to build some plywood shelves to store huntin' stuff in the storage room also.

Not much Ultra, watching a storm rolling in with the windows open so the cool air feels good...Got in 18 yesterday at Dearborn Country Club. WOW. Difficult in a new way. No unmowed, wild brushy areas between or beside the fairways at all but the rough was just long enough to cover your ball in the thick grass, prolly 3 inches. You almost had to take a divot to get it up in the air if you weren't on the fairway. Fast tricky greens, a Ross designed course.

I have always taken a "beaver tail" divot. Even on the fairways. Hit down hard on the ball!

Now that being said, I haven't played golf in 2 years and with my hand not sure if I can?

Offered the waiter a ten spot to throw a Baby Ruth in the pool and he laughed so hard he spilled a drink. So I offered him 20 more if he'd take a bite of it. MOST of the folks around our table thought it was funny....
