Posers' Coffee House, All Bullshit Accepted, Part VI
Thanks Rocketeer there's always hope if you stay faithful to your values and don't let others sway you I've been keeping tabs on him for 10 years. And his little sister and big brother. The day I moved in with his Mom I put my brand on them and I won't ever give up. Gonna have to see if I can be a donor. Sigh. I hate needles LOL!

A little story about him. His uncle sold him a Ford Ranger with a bad motor in it and it was burning oil bad. It was some imported 4 banger, not the usual 2.3 and they were scarce. I hunted around and found one out of a wreck and put it in the back of the truck. I agreed to let him drive it to school the next day to show off. he was 16. The next day i see him go whipping around a corner darn near on 2 wheels heading AWAY from the school! He was heading for some girls house skipping school the little rat! Well I pull a Uey in some guys yard and put the pedal down on my old whipped out 300 six Ford and take off after the rapidly dissapearing cloud of blue smoke and couldn't catch him! He looked like an A1 tank laying down a smoke screen off on the horizon, so I broke off and went to work in the snow. I pull in the driveway about 10 hours later and see woodsmoke coming out of the chimney in the grudge and I KICK the door open and holler "BOY where the hell you been!" And then I look in the bed of his truck and see his sorry *** new motor banged and dented all to hell as well as the bed of his truck and I see him with eyes as big as pie plates and he bursts out "I was hoping you didn't see me!" LMFAO I told him get your sorry *** under that truck and start unbolting everything connected to that motor and I mean MACH SCHNELL! Twodays later it started and I had calmed down and he hugged me and asked how old I was when I pulled my first truck motor and I told him "how old was I 2 days ago ? LOL!

Grandkid got to solo a motor vehicle yesturday, was thrilled. Even if the motor in question needed a little help...
That mower looks good, but it's pretty much wore out, all the holes with bolts through em are worn bigger and oval, and it's just a buncha parts that rattle together now. And if ya put it in gear, the rear end locks up, ain't worth fixing to me. It's around 25 years old.
Hey, Kid! Both hands on the wheel! Don't know if I could handle teaching this kid to drive a car.
Purty colors? Plenty about em i don't like... starting with the little tag hanging from the handlebar with the price on it.
Kids oughta be the best part of your life, that's good you're getting back together, hope he beats the cancer.
Doubt a woman would want to live with me (doubt I'd want one to). I've been getting rid of stuf I've had for 30-40 years since retiring, figure if I ain't used it that long, probly won't, an if I do need any of it again, there's stores nearby. It's come in handy so many times, though, need a plastic widget that'll fit here, just dump out the big jar of plastic widgets and find one that fits, or go through the tubing/plumbing/screw/pipe/bracket collection and find one that fits, saved a lot of trips to the store. And lumber, got pieces of wood from 3 or 4" to 12' long, pull a piece outta that several times a year, but sure takes up a lotta space sumwhere. Someone needs anudder can of beans for lunch, I jus tell em it's behind that box of old telephones in the motorsickle sidecar in the living room...
Lotta younger (and not so young) folks think jus because we do sumthing like that, we learned it. Guys like us learn it by doing it. I'd never even seen a timing gear on the front of a V8 motor till I changed one.

Morning guys been tied up with medical and business issues. Best of all I was able to get in contact with my son after a long absence.
....
He's a "hoarder'. Hunting and fishing and Harley stuff filled "her" garage. Being a mans man is now grounds to ruin a decade of your golden years. Sheesh my bones are achin'.
