Hahahaha! Drywall all done, ceramic inna bathroom done! Monday I will start the laminate (1400sq ft) and then ceramic inna other room (another 600 sq ft). Then door frames, doors, casings, Baseboards and somewhere in there I have to find time to put up the lights and ceiling fans!

 

Nice winter project ....but winter's over now.

Would be nice to get outta there and ride, but they are friends and are going to pay us well for it. They can afford it. They just built this million dollar house and still have the money to finish the basement! Where did I go wrong????

Mowed my lawn the other day. Hadn't touched it since October.
