seems I'm more concerned about finding my beemer a decent home other thn a Harley dealer.......bmw dealer has a softtail deuce for 10k, about 86oo on the clock....it's a 2006 which should be fuel injected...

This was the smoothest riding fairing I had, up to the glide, anyway. Smooth as could be cruising 110+. Bike was new, here, after I got the bags, painted everything to match, without those fugly stripes on the fairing, too. This is the one I made a 700 ride with in not much over 9 hours actually on the road. Back in those awful 55 days. Wonder if I could fit one of these on the glide, not near as heavy. Wouldn't look like a Harley anymore...

Hey Rocket, just being lazy. Should make the store run before the lunch crowd gets out... wait, already there. Rush hour starts about 11 am here, lasts till around 7. This service economy sure puts a lot of peeps on the road most of the day, noon around here is as bad as 5pm was 20 years ago.

Liked the fairing, but bags, the twin light Harley fairing (not the factory glide fairings, rare), no, didn't care for those, either, why I didn't use them on the Suzuki. Any of his stuff would look out of place on a Harley. Fit right in on Hondas...

Had a vetter on my 77 beemer, as many electrical problems as I had on that bike the fairing was rarely on there.

I like the Harley batwing. The one they used up till they put the mailbox slot in the front of it!!....2014....
If I was buying a new bike....Would probably be a Road King. or something similar, with a removable whimpshield........Orrrrr....an Indian Darkhorse!!
