Hi guys long time no typee. Got in some range time. Eyeballs don't like irons no mo. (Aperture) My local range closed except Sundays!? Had to use 25 yard zero on ARnie. (indoor range) Spose to rain tomorrow. The outdoor range another county over is only 40 miles away. Sheesh.

Record high temp here today, 80 sumptin. Ride today was warm. Raining now, roads getting a real good flush, won't wash the gravel made up of disintegrating pavement away, though. Have to be careful on corners, some of em are pretty loose.
I wonder if that fancy new maintenance charger I got last year helped; the 1200 is sure cranking faster now. I'm still gonna carry the tiny Li-ion jumper when I go more'n a few miles from home, that battree's gettin a bit old. I have 5 bikes that'll need new battrees to hit the road. Bikes are friggin money pits.
Still have a lot of aluminum showing on the 1200, thinking of blacking everthing that ain't chrome (tank & fenders anudder color). Guy recently posted a pic of his that he painted the forks and trees black, and put rubber boots offa Triumph to cover the exposed tube you can't paint. Thought it looked purty good.
