Moldy you would appreciate Grampas' 22. It's a Stevens model 66b Buckhorn. It came with a peep sight as well as the usual buckhorn. Made in the 30s and still accurate, Amazing how much fun you can have with an old bolt action 22 and a handfull of shells. I see people are buying them for as little as 50 bucks at flea markets and such.

I like 22's, can shoot em without breaking the bank. The serious sizes are getting so darned expensive, can blow through 50 bucks worth pretty quick. Used to take the daughter out before she was a teen, and run through a 500 round box of .22, be a bit expensive to do that even with the more serious rifles. She rarely target shoots any more, but won't be many more years and we'll acquaint her little guy with my Ruger 10/22.

This video is hard to believe, how a guy makes it through a high speed crash.

I don't shot the AR15 or the daughter's 45 much for above reasons. Too expensive to shot. The O.L. likes to shot her 380, so I let her have at it, I'll pull out the S&W 9mil every once in a while. Just enough to take em apart, clean em, and put a good coat of lube back on em.

Have a big pile of lumber left over from the addition to my school. General contractor guy Trevor tells me I can have it all seeing as he doesn't want to load it up...big hastle.
I got nothing needs building so I'm gonna burn it all in my cabin, should last 2 years this stack.
I gotta only make about 4 trips with my pickup but free is free.
