just got back from running around,ol split with the truck, I have her crossover 'til Monday.........gonna watch the race and hockey tonight......get a good nights sleep will be a plus.....starting to get the itch, days are slowly getting better.....still too much snow on the ground, way too much salt.....

Afternoon check in... end of the month... havta go shuffle for a while today...
Picked up a new battery for the new Softail.... nada bunch of old ones and some truck batteries sitting around, got 20 bucks off the new battery turning the ole ones in....

The landscaping includes native grasses. They get left over the winter because they provide some "visual interest". Then you cut them off in the spring and they regrow.
The frickin' things are a good 6' tall, and I'm not even going to count them. I'm guessing, at a minimum, four full pickup truck loads to take the pile to the recycling dump.
Clay, that sounds like work best left for another day. I am staring out the window at a pile of limbs I cut from my Bradford pear trees, which as you probably know grow about nine thousand feet a year.
