Hope KR beats that snow going home. If he takes off early this morning, have a chance of beating it?
11* here. Now the news folks say we are going to get about 8" of snow tonight. That will close this place down. Looks like I may get Presidents Day off after all!!

Damn, I don't know how you guys are still typin' with frozed fingers. Those are seriously cold temps.
That's tough luck with the floor. The problem with rusted out cast iron under the slab is that you can't even snake it out...the snake just runs straight through into the dirt.
I'm with you; I'd suck it up and have it done right. You'll sleep better.
I'm gonna drill a hole and see how thick it is - and I know, might be an inch thicker or thinner than most of the rest, but give me an idea. This house was built so cheap I wouldn't be surprised if if it was 2" thick. Could probably spend a couple hundred and have a guy come in with pro equipment, but this ain't the first time; think it's time I fixed it right...
