Bright and sunny again, saving heating money with that solar warming. Even at these temps, furnace don't run much when the sun's out. Gotta have the window blinds up, of course. Can't run around in my unnerwear, neighbors got kids... too bad, then the sun could warm me, too. Feels good sitting by a window, amazing how warm that sunlight can feel when it's below zero.
I made out better with the lottery than mosta you guys, still have my two bucks in my wallet...
That's a coincidence, was -4 when I put the garbage on the curb this morning. Ain't gonna stay this warm, though.
If it's true that we are here to help others, then what exactly are the others here for?

Buncha new pics on a page about my old combat unit. Never saw a pic of one of these before - nuttin left to take a pic of the one I argued with. Guy got bit on the hand, swelled up something awful. Was in a bunker, no one would go back in there, so I went in with an M16 (we thought he was snake bit). Thing came out from under a blanket, my mind was prepared for snake, and it moved like one, and just as I disintegrated it, realized there were a lot of legs... You might think a guy would get hassled for using an M16 on a bug, but nobody complained, just relieved the damn thing was history. These things were big, fast, and aggressive - the one in the pic must be dead.

Ever see one of those reddish hairy spiders with crab type pincers on the front legs? The locals seemed terrified of them. Rino beetles, flying beetles that just looked too big for their wings... Hadda grunt tell me one time worst thing crawling through the brush at night was the bugs. Us flyboys had it easy. Well, relatively...
I'll be riding to Cornwall Ont. and then south to PA via NY state and the Adirondacks. Kinda taking the round about route.
I haven't spoken to him about it.
