Too many peoplez in the hospital. My Mother was in for 8 days , a couple weeks ago,.Gotta love this medicare insurance. She need a IV infusion twice a day,for a month, takes about 1 1/2 hours to do. Insurance will pay for nurse to come ONCE a day but not TWICE a day. BUT, it'll pay for her to be in a skilled nursing home for a MONTH, to get it done.

Argh. Bed 11:40, woke up 5:20 and cuddn't get back to sleep. That ain't even 6 hours, like a weeknight when I had weeknights. This cofffee's good, but I gotta craving for pancakes, the way I make em for the little guy, with vanilla, cinnamon and nutmeg. Lotsa butter, of course.

Really windy out there. Don't think yesturday's snow is gonna melt anytime soon. Street's a salt soup, though I'd rather have the ice and snow. Should be a nice day, no reason to leave the house.

Those pics in Canyonlands? My pic is from a 172 I flew on a leg from Grand Junction to Page, AZ (approaching 15 is interesting, tall cliff down to the lake not far from the end of the runway, wuddn't wanna be low...).

 

Only used mine twice so far. Mebbe an inch or two this morning, just leaving it for better traction over the layer of sleet/ice below. Lowest on the 6 day forecast is -12, gonna be a cool week ahead. Still not bad for February. Been a pretty mild winter here so far.

 

Huh? Yer in a warmer climate.
