Y'know, Peace River is pretty much even with Ft. McMurray. It ain't exactly the southern latitudes.

 

Can't go wrong the mashed taters 'n' meat.

 

Love shepherds pie. Ever try it with spicy ketchup?

 

You know, I'll usually put hot sauce on everything but salad, but on shepherd's pie...believe it or not, I like fresh ground pepper better than anything.

 

I thru some 'mater paste in there at the last minute before spreading it on the bottom, then I mixed cream corn with peas and smeared that on 3rd layer was the mashed taters.....mixed in cheese ''American",one egg, and s/p...........spread that on top baked for a half hour at 350...........

 

Nope, it is. And in between Ft McMurray and Peace River is swamp, oil, muskeg, oil, swamp, and a couple reserves. They are trying to get a road from PR to Ft Mac.

 

It'll have to be on stilts, like the road out to the Florida Keys.

 

Damn, might trade in these nachos for some shepherds pie.
