Gravel, no guard rails, traffic, long drop... awful combination. Think I'll check & see if there's construction going on before I'd plan to ride it.

Somewhere I've got some pics on the Apache Trail (Arizona Highway 88); the worst part has never been paved. Kinda awesome to look over the edge on some of the more exciting turns, and see rusted cars down there. It's a misery on hot days, as I found out the hard way... I'd like to do it again in the winter. Gotta get a salt proof trailer so I can escape from Minnysota inna winter.

A pic from the net - I had to wait quite a while at one curve when I met a fool trying to tow a boat behind a pickup camper. Some of the turns were too sharp, and he had a hell of a time doing the back and forth, trying not to grind the boat on the mountainside or get a wheel off the roadside - wasn't anything but air there.

I can sleep on either side with no trouble at all. Honestly, the soft "whoosing" noise is like a soft white noise from a fan. It actually puts me to sleep, and I sleep all night without even rolling over. Eight hours, every night.
What style mask do you use now? Have not been getting good sleep with my Cpap machine lately.

I started out with the style that has a headpiece that rests against your forehead. Very uncomfortable.

Then, I borrowed one from a friend. This was a "nose-only" style that just covered your nose, but not your mouth. That was hysterically bad. I suppose you could have used a chinstrap with it, but why?

Now I'm using a Quattro FX.

http://www.cpap.com/productpage/resm...-headgear.html

It covers both the nose and mouth. It's very, very comfortable. If your mouth should fall open it still works perfectly. I do have a problem with my mouth falling open when sleeping on my back. My sleep specialist told me I have a "short jaw". *****. So, I use a simple chinstrap. Fits under the mask no problem. Works perfectly.

I do have a special pillow with cutouts on the bottom left and right corner. It allows me to sleep on my side, and the side of the mask goes in that cutout so the pillow doesn't push on the side of the mask.

What sort of trouble are you having?
