I know lotsa people that has helped.....then some..ehhh...not so much. Think a lot has to do with getting it set up correctly for the individual.

Absolutely!

You MUST have a second "titration" sleep study in order to accurately set the pressure for you. And, of course, you have to have a mask that fits properly. Even more importantly, there are older style masks that are not nearly as comfortable as the new styles.

I can sleep on either side with no trouble at all. Honestly, the soft "whoosing" noise is like a soft white noise from a fan. It actually puts me to sleep, and I sleep all night without even rolling over. Eight hours, every night.

Yeah it was Denny....They were in the process of rebuilding part of the road thru Glacier National Park.
