Anybody watching the Brian Williams mess?

I really liked the guy, and now his credibility as a journalist, and, I assume, his career, is squarely in the *******.

I think he'll be "on leave" by tomorrow night.

 

Yeah, Him, Geraldo, Hillary, and a bunch of others should all go.
I don't know why they feel the need to embellish/glorify/make up situations rather than just reporting and telling the truth.
Make up a lie and then have to make another to cover the 1st then try and remember what you made up and told to who.....WTF!!!!!!
Sounds like way too much trouble to me.

 

Well, I don't think I'm the only one whose wife says: "Every time Clay tells a story, it gets better".

On the other hand, Williams is a professional, and he was in a professional situation, and he was in that situation because he's a professional journalist. Different.
