Cabbage rolls are good. I remember when I was a child my Mom would make 'em, and of course, us kids didn't like them. Sure like them now!!

 

Mama is famous for her cabbage rolls. She used to cook them and take them into work (when we were at Ford) and people would just flock around making sure that they got some. She usually makes 150-200 at a time.

 

If I remember right, I think my Mom made them in a pressure cooker. Is that how it's done?

 

No she makes them (ground pork, bacon, onions,rice...etc) then bags them 15-20 per bag and freezes them. When we want some she takes them outta the freezer and cooks them in a big pot of tomato sauce. Mmmmmm they sure are good!

Mornin Doc. -0.9 this morning. Granddaughters had basketball game last night. Their record was 0-16. It si now 1-16 they won their first game of the year. 46 to 29. They were never behind the whole game.
