I got the bacon in the pic at Costco! It was only about a buck a pound more than the Kirkland I've been using.

My blood pressure is fine, so I don't worry about reduced salt stuff. But, I don't cover my food with salt, either.

If you tell the truth, you don't have to remember anything.

Hmm, guess I've missed it, will have to look for it next time. About the only things I put salt on are eggs, tomatoes (not always), and corn on the cob. Never use it in cooking, get enough flavor from spices, and probably still get too much salt from cheese and the occasional can of something. Ain't much in cans that doesn't have some salt, even sweet stuff. Even pop and fruit juice. Even bottled water... wtf they wanna put salt in water for...

Experience is something you don't get until just after you need it.

bacteria cannot grow in a sodium enviroment.....I coat my iron skillet with oil the rub it down with a generous amount of salt......discard everything when done....I haven't washed it with soap an water but once since I bought it.

Canadiens lose to the Coyotes ...WTF.
Preds beat up on the Pens.
Now all I need is for the Pats to beat the Seacocks and order will be restored to the sporting world, my sporting world not necessarily yours.
