Grilled a pair of nice, fat salmon filets. Juicy, delish!
And, my famous Brussels sprouts.
No, don't laugh. I used to absolutely detest them. Then, I discovered a new way to cook them, and they're delicious.

Actually, that's the first step in my kale and collard greens recipes!
I wonder if I have any pics stashed away on the hard drive...

Mebbe I just haven't figured out a good way to cook it, but kale doesn't thrill me. Purty in the garden, though. Collards... dang it, can't find my collard pics. Had a row about 20ft long anyway, ate a bunch, put em in chili, lasagna, soups, and froze a bunch. Supposed to be a real healthy food, too. Had just as much or more swiss chard, but it gets some kind of blight, lose about 90% of it.
Pics... shouldn't get me started.
Fresh picked food is always best.
A little heat doesn't hurt, either.
Cooks up for a tasty breakfast. That red thing adds some nice warmth.
BT's on fresh picked sun warmed tomatoes and a garden salad for lunch - one of my favorites. Not the cuc, though, that's for the gf, don't care much for em. Tomatoes- sliced Brandywine, pleated Zapotec, and a Burpee Orange for the salad. I like a little lettuce on my tomato in salads...
Winters, not much in the way of fresh veggie, but have a bunch of frozen in the freezers, really good in chili, soups, and casseroles.
........... That sounds like a 50 - 50 chance .. To-Me .
yeah I know........Copius amounts of alcohol will take care of it I'm sure......

I like a fixed fairing, but don't care for all the crap Harley puts on them. I took the radio console off mine (that's several pounds off the front end), opens up more view, too. I wouldn't want a video screen in front of me, hate em in cars, too. Also want to put some older sporty bars and controls on it, don't like that big button filled mess on the handlebar. Even on a touring bike, I like it pretty simple and basic. Newer ones are all molded one piece, be hard to take the electronic stuff off and have a decent looking fairing left.

He is back reading. I don't know if I would trust it. Shellfish should be fresh.
