been awhile since a peanut budda sammich was on my plate,,,,,,might just do that with a glass a milk..........yup just might.

 

Grilled a pair of nice, fat salmon filets. Juicy, delish!

And, my famous Brussels sprouts.

No, don't laugh. I used to absolutely detest them. Then, I discovered a new way to cook them, and they're delicious.

 

let me guess, fried them in bacon!

 

Actually, that's the first step in my kale and collard greens recipes!

I wonder if I have any pics stashed away on the hard drive...

 

aw shoot, KALE ! That stuff is gunpowder to a match......least where taking a dump is concerned, lol.

 

Since my wife still works and I don't, and I love to cook, I do all the grocery shopping and all the cooking. I'm gonna have to start posting some pics!
