I usually have burritos or tostadas instead of samiches or when I want a quick snack, keep the fixings in the fridge ready to just spoon on, bag of shredded cheese; can have a hot tostada in 5 minutes. Taste so good they can't be healthy. Reminds me, outta tomatoes, gotta do a grocery run - after the weekend, hate those weekend crowds.
