That's why I never wear long sleeves with power saws, 'cept the sawsall and chainsaws, have used em outside with a jacket on, but those blade's are purty far away from yer hands. Knew a guy once that got ripped across the belly, just above his belly button, hadda hold some guts from falling out till the med folks got there. Horrible scar... I can't imagine the pain.

Yowza.
Most folks who don't use a lot of power tools would never guess the most dangerous tool. Well, chainsaws are the worst, but they're not that common in your typical home workshop.
Believe it or not, it's a radial arm saw. Know why? Instead of moving the workpiece, you're moving the blade. A moment's inattention...

Don't have a radial arm any more, but had one in the middle of an 11' bench when I lived in Phoenix. Could saw a sheet of plywood in half lengthwise real easy. Had a variety of push sticks and hold downs, never wanted to get my fingers near that blade, radials were awful about kick back. Had a table saw throw a piece of wood through a garage wall once, sure glad it missed me - cutting a thin piece, saw launched it like a spear... Still got hold downs, guides, and sticks for the table saw.
