Yes, the cops are checking. Happened in Kamloops, at least insurance will cover the loss.
Apparently there has been a rash of these type thefts in that town.
I hope whoever stole the gear gets killed in an avalanche.

That really sucks..... find em and take a crowbar to their hands... lesson will be learned quickly....
