Yup. Overcomplicating what should be simple. Thats why I dont intend to get the newest SE comp. Baker seems to be simplifieng it. Considering I can only run 16oz of primary fluid, because of my fancy clutch, my SE comp is going to go bad any time now.

I changed my stock compensator to the SE version. It was an improvement, but I am still not impressed. It will have to do for now, however.

You had that Z's engine compartment looking good, Al. Nice and tidy! I thought those looked like SUs.

I made an inquiry into getting a double SU setup, which is what the British version used, to replace the POS single Zenith-Stromberg that is on my MG. I have nothing good to say about the Stromberg but would rather not go the Weber route. I am going to have to do something. I believe I may have to change over to an electric fan kit. That poor little fan is useless in any kind of traffic in the summer. Or maybe I should just listen Doc and find some other idiot to buy the car!!

Moved 5 wheelbarrows of wood up the hill today, and it kicked my ***. I feel better, but far from 100%. My dog was worried about me when we came back in and wouldn't leave my side for hours. She's a good dog!
