Nuttin'...was s'posed to go to GeritolBrigade meeting this morning. Looked like it was snowin' in the Poconos....said screw it I ain't goin'. What you been up to?

Werkin on the softail.... cleaned up the grudge a bit, watched a little college feet ball and cypherin some stuff.....

I am starting back on my workout program today.... need to lose the few pounds I gained while I was doing nuttin. They have my back so screwed up from rehab I have to do something!

I doubt it.... some other things came up so I had to slow progress down a bit...

I hear ya....same thing happened here. Lost some of it on the diuretic pills but don't think that counts. Pills have BP down to 120/80 and 72 pulse. had been runnin' as high as 160/110 with 100 pulse. Gotta get back to gym now that stuff seems to be settling down. Kinda lucky that this is all it was.

I've been drag gin my feet on the workout.... was doing so good up to the accident, now it's getting motivated again and just making the time for it....
