Mornin... afternoon? I'll figure it out inna couple or six days. Always thought changing the clock twice a year was kinda stoopid. Course now, since I go bed and get up when I feel like it, and don't watch broadcast tv, time don't mean much to me anymore.
Gonna be a nice day, upper 50's, sunny, better get some more of that fall yard wurk done. Still got 4 tree projects, all of em gonna need some careful cutting if I wanna avoid some big repair bills. One of em could take a fair chunk outta either my house or the neighbor's; that'd kinda ruin the day... Top 20 feet of it would make a nice Christmas tree, too. Might fit in KR's grudge. I need to git off the puter and give some chain saws a little lovin...

Always thought those 305 Scramblers were good looking, better than my Superhawk. Only got it instead 'cause I needed the top end for the road. Didn't think the Scrambler would cruise 70-80 too well; but neither did the Hawk when it was windy... Unless it was a direct tailwind, almost never seemed to happen.

Idaho - Just saw this, new on Craig's List, locally. Bit more than you paid for yours, I'd guess. My 'Hawk was a '66. That steering damper reminds me how twitchy bikes could be back then, my Hawk could get the wobbles real easy without some twist on the damper ****. I've seen early metrics get some good tank slappers.

If I should get lucky and stumble on one, I will definitely ****** it up.
